Ecology New Zealand is proud to be a member of the National #Biosecurity Capability Network (NBCN). The NBCN is a joint initiative between the Ministry for Primary Industries (MPI) and AsureQuality. The NBCN is New Zealand's field team in a biosecurity outbreak. During out breaks, like the current Myrtle Rust intrusions, we collaborate with a huge range of organisation from all over New Zealand to pool our skills together so we have the right field resources at the ready to provide the best response. Our team is well equipped to deal with biosecurity incursion with all team members having various level of biosecurity experiences.
